The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport has a single passenger Terminal. It consists of Concourse A and Concourse B.

Concourse A Hosts Air Canada, Frontier, Allegiant Air, Southwest, and United Air Lines. This building was built in 1982 as an extension of Terminal C. Until 2010, and Continental, Delta, and Northwest used concourse A. After that, before reopening in 2012, on May 15, the Concourse underwent an extensive renovation. Currently, Concourse A is an island. You can reach this area by people mover service or by an underground moving walkway. The Concourse A contains 22 Boarding Gates. Besides, it holds KCAB airport board offices.

Concourse B Houses Delta and American Air Lines. A US Customs and Border Protection facility and all international arrivals are located at Concourse B. Concourse B (as like Concourse A) is an island. In that sense, it is only reachable by people mover or by an underground moving walkway. Overall, the Concourse B contains 28 Boarding Gates and a Delta Sky Club.

Maintenance bases

Due to the substantial operations of several carriers at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, it houses to many maintenance bases. Delta Air Lines holds a hangar and line maintenance facility for repair and overhaul of Delta TechOps. Another airline that maintains a maintenance base is Endeavor Air, in the old Comair hangars. Besides, Allegiant Air Lines has a maintenance base and a crew located at CVG. Moreover, FEAM Aero has started maintenance, repair, and overhaul the facility to serve DHL's and Amazon and at CVG based aircraft.
